This is one of the first years I actually decorated the house for Halloween and I am quite pleased with how it all turned out! It's helped me get in the holiday spirit.

Un-like a lot of people Halloween is one of my least favorite holidays. Last year David and I didn't even dress up...
But this year I am not going to be a stick in the mud!!
On Sunday we had dinner at my parents house and carved pumpkins, it's something I really enjoy doing every year. (thanks mom and dad for the fun night)You can't really tell what everyones is so I will tell you...
- Mine is Snow White
- Ashlee's is Frankinstine
- David's is a Bat on one side and an alien on the other
- Mom's and Dan's is BYU cougar
Last night 2 of my friends came over and we made gourmet caramel apples (apple pie caramel apples to be exact), they are yummy!
I was quite proud of our caramel apple making abilities. We didn't really know what we were doing, but they turned out great and they we didn't make a big fat mess like I was anticipating.
And the holiday celebrations aren't over yet... we have a ward Halloween party on Friday and then Davids Birthday is on Saturday and I am taking him on a surprise date... I can't wait!!
Hope you all are having a very Happy Halloween!
